DONATIONS TO SUPPORT THE DALLAS ARCHITECTURE FORUM

Donations in support of The Dallas Architecture Forum’s mission are essential to The Forum. They allow us to present our Panel Discussion Series, covering crucial issues impacting Dallas and North Texas, free of charge to everyone. Donations also allow us to offer free and heavily discounted admission to students and educators to attend our award-winning Lecture Series each season.

THOMAS TAYLOR MEMORIAL FUND

Thomas Taylor, P.E., transformed the physical character of Dallas through his brilliant and innovative structural engineering designs. He was known as “The architect’s engineer” and was also an active leader and supporter of The Dallas Architecture Forum for over two decades. Thomas’ family has suggested memorial donations in his honor be made to The Forum, which will be used for programming in honor of Thomas’ legacy.

KAREN BUCHANAN MEMORIAL FUND

In deep appreciation of Karen Buchanan, The Dallas Architecture Forum’s first Executive Director, and in recognition of the lasting positive impact she and her husband Russell achieved by establishing the Panel Discussion Series, The Forum has created the annual Karen Buchanan Memorial Panel in her honor. Individuals or organizations may support this initiative by donating in tribute and memory of Karen to this fund.

RON WOMMACK MEMORIAL FUND

The family of Ron Wommack have requested that anyone desiring to donate in memory of Ron Wommack, FAIA do so to the Ron Wommack Memorial Fund that The Forum has established. Your tax-deductible donation continues to fund special programming in Ron’s honor.

FRANK WELCH MEMORIAL LECTURE FUND

The Dallas Architecture Forum’s Frank Welch Memorial Lecture is presented each season honoring the legacy of esteemed architect Frank Welch, FAIA. We invite you to make a tax-deductible donation to The Forum to support the presentation of this important Lecture in tribute to Frank each year.

DONATIONS IN HONOR OR MEMORY OF FAMILY, FRIENDS OR COLLEAGUES

The Forum also welcomes donations in honor or in memory of a family member, friend or colleague.

These donations can also celebrate someone’s birthday, marriage, anniversary, graduation or career milestone, or be made in memory of someone’s passing.

We are glad to notify the honoree or family of the person being memorialized by your donation.
